Why Individuals Use Diesel
With diesel engines, the compression ratio is higher
and there is a lot of power. From a technical purpose, the compression ratio of an engine is that the comparison of the total volume of the cylinder at the bottom of the piston's stroke divided by the volume of the cylinder remaining at the prime of the stroke.
Gasoline ratios
Serious injury to gas engines can occur if you attempt to run a high compression ratio with a low octane type of fuel. Detonation is the ignition of the fuel due to the extreme temperature caused by a high compression ratio that's developed by design. The fuel is ignited previous to the spark of the plugs that result in a very fast, yet uncontrolled burning.
Diesel ratios
Bear in mind, the diesel is a heat engine, using heat developed from the compression of air. High compression ratios are potential since the air is compressed. The hot compressed air is sufficient to ignite the diesel fuel when it's finally injected close to the top of the compression stroke.
Diesel engines
Fuel and air in the design of diesel engines are not premixed outside of the cylinder. Air is taken into the cylinder through the intake valve and then compressed to form heat. The diesel fuel is injected close to the prime of the piston's stroke in an quantity or ratio that corresponds to the load on the engine.
Heavy duty
The upper compression ratio causes engineers to style, and take a look at the block, heads, head bolts, crackshaft, connecting rods, rod bolts, pistons, piston pins, etc., with a larger vary of structural capacity. To put it in different terms, diesels are heavier than gasoline engines.
Gasoline
Electing gas and diesel will be robust, though there are many reasons why you should use diesel.
1. Diesel engines manufacture twice the facility per gallon of fuel than gasoline.
2. A gallon of diesel is normally cheaper than a gallon of gas.
3. Diesel fuel doesn't blow up. The actual fact is, its laborious to urge diesel to burn at all.
4. Diesel engines will last four times longer than gasoline engines.
5. Diesel fuel that's untreated will last longer in storage than untreated gasoline.
6. Treated diesel fuel will last longer in storage than treated gasoline.
7. Diesel fuel treatment can cost less than gas treatment.
8. Spoiled diesel can be reconditioned to refinery specifications, as spoiled gas can't.
9. Unmodified diesel engines can be ran on vegetable oil.

I have a ? for a MECHANIC: regarding a 91 Explorer that wont start. We think its 'Ignition Relay' Need Help?
OK, have a 91 Explorer and it wont start. Tried and tested several things and found that the plug that goes into the 'ignition relay' somehow came unplugged but it wont go back in so it seems ?like we would need a new plug? (PS: the fuel pump is working, fuses are all working, not yet getting spark, and engine turns over but will not start, tried the ignition switch in the steering column with no luck). MECHANIC QUESTION: Does anybody believe that an 'Ignition Relay' could be the problem? and if I do go ahead and fix it, the vehicle should start???? (Also I checked Autozone online and they didn't have one, anyone know another major auto shop that may have such a part or have any idea of the $$cost$$ ???? PLEASE HELP WITH ADVISE TO ANY MECHANICS ON-LINE RIGHT NOW!
If your engine is turning over, your ignition relay (or starter relay) is fine. So is your battery, starter, ignition switch and all that other stuff. After the engine turns over it only needs fuel, air, and a spark at the correct time to start. Something is missing. Air is almost always there even by accident. It is difficult to keep air out of the engine unless you stuff a quilt in the intake. That leaves fuel and a spark. You said the fuel pump is working. Just to make sure, find the valve on the fuel rail on the engine that looks like a tire valve. Use a small screwdriver or something like that and depress the valve and see if fuel squirts out. !!WARNING!! Wear safety glasses, no smoking, use a rag to deflect and catch the escaping gasoline and keep bystanders away. This is dangerous and really should not be done. If you can get a pressure gauge to connect to see what the pressure is, that would be much better. After you rule out fuel, that leaves spark. That is a little more complicated because there are so many wires and several components. I would be sure and check the distributor cap, rotor, plug wires and plugs first, because that's the easiest and rules out the most common problems. If you have the ignition module mounted on the distributor, I recommend taking that off and take it to Auto Zone and have it tested. That is the most common problem I have run across on 80's and 90's Ford products. It will probably take a special tool to get it off. They aren't expensive and you may be able to borrow one. Then, if necessary, check all wires for bad spots, breaks, scorching, connections, etc. If after all that it is still not running, all that's left is the coil and computer.

How To Re-Ignite The Past Love With Your Ex? 7 Stunning Tricks You Just Can't Miss At Any Cost
When a relationship becomes the past, reminiscing about it can produce a pretty nostalgic feeling. But re-igniting that old spark takes more than just looking back on memories.
Fix the glitches in your side of the relationship - You will need to change the things your ex didn't like about you. These could be mannerisms or habits that used to drive your ex up the wall to passive-aggressive behavior that hindered resolving issues in your relationships.
Keep connected, not shackled - Stay visible. If you disappear without a trace, chances are your ex will be looking for a replacement. But if you're still around at common friends' parties, the longer he will stay "attached" to you.
Have a good time whenever you're together - Whenever you do bump into each other, make sure that you leave a good impression. Give him or her a good time-this will reflect how it would be like if you get back together.
Revive private jokes - sharing a few laughs can certainly win a person's heart. If you won over your ex when you first met with side-splitters, there is no reason that this will not work now.
Get gorgeous - You need to arouse the animal in your ex. This is an important step. You don't have to be trashy-just as simple as losing a little weight, wearing clothes that emphasize your assets, and getting glowing skin and hair will certainly give you lines like, "You look really good," or "There's something about you...."
Do favors you used to do for your ex - Think of the sweet things that were appreciated. Try to do these at a fairly platonic level, and try to cook up things that would send the message that you still care for the person. Don't overdo it with dirty messages. Simply don't.
Keep him or her excited - Don't be on call 24/7. Your ex might think you're stalking. Just give a nice, lingering memory for him or her to think about, then give space. Your ex will surely miss you.
Warning: If You Do Not Act Now, Your Ex Is Going To Find Someone Else To Love and Have Sex With!- If you do not do something about this right now, your ex will forever be lost to someone else! You are about to find out exactly how you can get your ex begging to take you back instantly, no matter how messed up your current situation is! You will never be ignored, rejected, or hurt ever again! This is an absolute must know- Click Here
